Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once an item has been sold and delivered, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, freshness, and quality standards of our tea products.

Refunds

As all items are non-returnable, refunds are not provided after the sale is completed. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and quantities before placing an order.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

PELa Ceylon Teas is not responsible for damages caused during shipping once the order has been dispatched, unless otherwise stated. Any claims related to transit damage must be reported within the specified time frame.
